About The Author : Delhi Kendra :
The foundation stone for Bhavans Delhi Kendra was laid by Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the then President of India on March 31, 1952. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India inaugurated it on May 16, 1957.
