A Wonderful Experience in the NCC Camp
On 18th January we went for our NCC Camp. From our school there were 48 cadets. Our journey to the camp was rather difficult as we settled in a crowded truck. We finally reached our destination which was the Bison Training Ground, Secunderabad. We were provided with our tents. Then we were seated under a tree, where we were explained the rules and codes of discipline. On the first day there was not much to do. From the second day a harsh schedule was fixed for us. We had to get up at 5 0' clock in the morning, had to be dressed in our whites, also known as P. T. Uniform. In P.T. Uniform we used to have health run and yoga. Then we had to get dressed in NCC Uniform for the parade. Then at 12 noon we had lunch. From 5 0' clock to 6 0' clock in the evening we used to play. Parents were allowed tomeet their wards between 5 to 6 0' clock. We were taken to many places like 'AIRFORCE ACADEMY', 'AIRFORCE STATION BEGUMPET, and we went to 'RANGE FIRING'. On the last day we had campfire. This was our wonderful experience.
We thank our school for giving us this opportunity. We also thank Ramana Reddy sir for taking care of us. Last but not the least we would like to advise our juniors to join the NCC and enjoy the NCC camp.
