Read the following Instructions before filling in the Application Form:

The minimum eligibility norm for applying to B.Ed Courses is 45% marks at Graduate /Post- Graduate level (5% relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates)

Recent passport size photo should be affixed and it should be attested by self in front covering a part of the photo and the application form
|

|
Address must contain PIN CODE No.
|

|
Attested copies of following documents have to be attested with the application form
|

a.
|
All marksheets and certificates, Madhyamik onwards.
|
|
b.
|
Honours candidates shall submit the marksheets for the whole courses and not only Honours Marksheet.
|
|
c.
|
Madhyamik certificate or admit card for verification of age
|
|
d.
|
Citizenship certificate
|
|
e.
|
Candidates of SC/ST/PH/OBC shall submit the valid certificates.
|
|

All documents shall be photocopied distinctly and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with proper legible seal.
|

|
Duly completed application form must reach
