In the India of my dreams the state and society will ensure that every Indian gets basic nutrition and a meaningful level of education. 
In this India secularism would be a creed embedded in people’s hearts, there would be genuine grass-roots democracy, the state would restrict itself to providing good governance and ensuring that nobody is above the law and the Indian market would be open to competitive forces from across the world.
Such an India, I have no doubt, will allow its immense human capital to realise its full potential and would be a secure and strong country which would occupy its rightful place among the comity of nations.
