Life is the most precious gift to humanity. Everyone born here has a right to live a full life. It is our vocation to guarantee this basic right. Yet, many of our brethren become victims of premature death.
Health for all by the end of the century was our goal. Still it remains a mirage. I dream of an India where no child dies of malnutrition, no epidemic takes the life of the innocent, no dreadful disease snatches the life of the citizen and the stress and vagaries of living lead none to death.
In the India of my dreams all, with radiant health, will live in peace and harmony.
