• This is a non-competitive International Film Festival dedicated to a them of non-violent resistance and global disarmament;
• Films produced on the subject/theme of civil disobedience, non-violent resistance/movement, disarmament, social justice only are eligible for entry in the Film Festival;
• Entries for this Film Festival are to be sent in Digital Format only restricting to types mentioned in the Form attached. No film on celluloid will be entertained;
• Festival Director can invite any film for participation in the Festival at his discretion ;
• There is no Entry Fee for the Festival;
• Language of the film/s should be English or Hindi;
• The films having other version than English or Hindi should be dubbed or sub-titled in either of the languages;
• The Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or deny entry to any film in the Festival if , in the opinion of the Festival Authorities, the films is likely to offend the feelings and sensibilities of any person, country, class or community or promote racism or for any other reason , the Festival Authorities consider to be sufficient for non-acceptance of the film/s;
• The Festival Screening material shall be returned to the concerned within 6 weeks after the conclusion of the Festival;
• Films can be entered in the Festival by any person, organization or agency; " The transport /freight for sending films including samples and other publicity material etc. shall be borne by the applicants;
• The transport/freight for returning the films shall be borne by the Festival Authorities ;
• Publicity material and other documents submitted by the applicant shall not be returned;
• Cost of Insurance of film/s etc. in transit from the place of origin to the Office of Festival shall be borne by the applicant;
• The Festival Authorities shall not be responsible for normal wear and tear of the film material sent for the Festival;
• Censorship is not required for film from countries other than India subject to approval being sought for from CBFC:
• The Festival Authorities reserve the right to copy the film to retain in its archive for posterity;
• For promotional/publicity purpose, any extract, excerpts of any or all films entered in the Festival may be shown on local/national/international television channels including internet;
• Entry Forms with incorrect/inadequate/illegible/ambiguous particulars will not accepted;
• Contents of the films sent for selection shall be construed as final and no changes at any stage later shall be entertained;
• Participation in the Festival by sending films itself implies acceptance to the rules and regulations contained herein;
• The films should reach us on or before 30th August'2005.
• Decision of the Festival Authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding on all concerned;
