The Institute of Management, Bhavan’s
Bhubaneswar Kendra, conducted its first annual mega management
fest, "Samanwaya 2008", on March 7 and 8.
Samanwaya is the only reality show where a budding manager
got an opportunity to compete with the talented student
fraternity from about 20 B schools across Orissa in a
congregation of 100 students.
Eminent academicians, top industries’
professionals and other eminent personalities judged the
events.
Competitions were held in the areas of marketing, finance,
HR and the best manager and teams were declared winners.Funds
for the programme were raised from sponsorship from DELL, the
major sponsor, Sylvesa, IMFA, Tata Motors, BSNL, Ortel
Communication. Big FM, the media partner, gave coverage of
Samanwaya throughout the week.
