Qualification & Experience:

A Post-Graduate with at least 50% marks in aggregate with a recognized degree in teaching and a minimum of 8 years experience in a reputed Senior Secondary School/Inter/Jr. College, out of which at least 3 years experience in educational administration is an essential requirement. Experience in reputed residential school will be an added advantage. Preferred age group will be around 45 years.
The incumbent must be fluent in English, with good inter-personal skills. He/She must have a flair for promoting co-curricular, extra curricular, value education, cultural and such activities. He/She must be computer savvy with good leadership qualities to lead and motivate the team.
The candidate must be familiar with modern trends in the field of education and should have good drive and zeal.
Selected candidates will be offered the pay scale of Rs.10,000-325­15,200 (likely to be revised as per 6th Pay Commission) plus admissible allowances as per rules with free furnished residential accommodation on the campus. Other perks include free food in the school mess with students during term, concession in tuition fees upto two children. Salary is negotiable for exceptionally deserving candidates.
