A three year course in Astrology has been held in association with Bharatiya Jyothisha Samshan, Bengaluru on weekends for the past 22 years. Two batches are held every year, one during January and another in July. The courses offered under this programme are Jyothisha Pravesha, Jyothisha Pragna and Jyothisha Acharya.
The institute conducts special monthly lecture programmes on Astrology for the benefit of its students and general public.
