The Bhavan’s Centre for Human Excellence, Nagpur was inaugurated on 14th July, 2003 in the premises of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Nagpur Kendra, Nagpur. The idea behind starting this centre was to develop and instil quality thoughts among the individuals to develop the society, bring in new achievements and contribute towards healthy living and growth of the Nation at large. Certain aspects as ethical and moral values, criminality, corruption and other man-made social disabilities erode the society, and lessen the developmental factors contributing towards the benefits and positive aspects. In order to control such aspects, humans should be made more aware of the situations around, and encouraged to develop positive thoughts.
Keeping this in mind, the Centre for Human Excellence arranges Guest Lectures and Interactive sessions by eminent personalities on latest trends in Education Policy, Maintaining a Healthy Life, Awareness Programmes in Science, Workshop on Quality Education etc., to name a few. The ultimate aim is to illumine human minds and motivate them to bring significant change in the society.
