Letter from Shri H.N. Dastur
to Principals of Bhavans Schools
Dear Principal,
Now that the Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, reserving 25 per cent of the seats for the socially disadvantaged and economically weaker sections of society, all the Bhavan's schools have to strive their best to implement the provisions of the Act.
Being set up, way back in 2010, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's R K Sarda Vidya Mandir, Raipur is proudly completed its 12 years of phenomenal success and undiluted value system, working on its maximum possible in take of 1979 promising students, with science and commerce stream at the senior secondary along with 85 dedicated Teachers, 18 Administrative staff and 55 members of support staff. School runs classes from JKG-XII. In classes IX-X skill courses-Healthcare, Tourism, Banking and AI are offered. Various co-curricular activities and sports activities are the part of the school curriculum. Olympiads (IMO, IEO, NSO) are conducted for classes I-XII. INSEF-Regional level exhibition is conducted every year in the school. Students participates in the NTSE, YUVIKA, Genius Olympiad, Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan, Google Science Fair, TedX. Students takes part in the CBSE and SGFI sports tournaments every year. with the capacity of 100cadets school conducts NCC training under 27CG BN.
We are also creating a directory of all officials under each Kendra, Department, School, College and institutions.
