A seminar of school administrators, teachers and other contributors for the benefits of education, was organised by his Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (Founder of Art of Living) on the Theme 'Broaden your vision… Deepen your roots'. The Seminar was held at Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram on September 29, 2012. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar spoke to the participants on ways to inculcate value education among students and ways to deal with children's stress. He also emphasised the need to introduce yoga for children to aid their physical and mental alertness.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar visited the Chennai Kendra and spent time with Kendra Chairman, Shri L. Sabaretnam and Director, Shri K. N. Ramaswamy. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar also expressed a desire for a close association with the Bhavan.
