The August 15th issue of Bhavan's Journal was a special issue dedicated to Museums round the country. It was the 61st annual issue and a collectors' item. Information about Museums in India in general and museums in Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Assam, Trivandrum, Nagpur, Kerala and other places in particular were included in the issue. The issue was released in Chennai and the first copy was presented to Dr. R. Kannan, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Tourism, Culture, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Government of Tamilnadu.
