Shreshta Bharatham

Amrita Television, the leading satellite channel in Malayalam aired a new reality show 'Shreshta Bharatham' based on our epic literature Ramayanam. The show aimed at educating the upcoming generation about the rich Puranas on the value system.
The show had quizzes, narrations, debates, skits and musical dances based on the Ramayana. Hosted by actress Nitya Das, this show was graced with the presence of three veteran judges - musician Sri Kavalam Sreekumar, Director IISH, Dr. N. Gopalakrishnan and the Indian activists and news panellist, Sri Rahul Eswar.
Thirteen students from BVB Thirunavaya School participated in the show and entered the finals, defeating 64 schools. They bagged the fourth position in the finale.
