Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya, Kakkanad won the National Green Corps Eco Club Award instituted by the Kerala State Council for Science and Technology in Ernakulam District. The Award which includes a trophy, certificate and cash prize of 50,000/- was received by Ms Sinimol, Teacher - in- charge , Nature Club and Senior Head Boy Master Nanda Gopal S.A. from the Governor Smt. Sheela Dikshit. Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya is the only CBSE institution shortlisted among 6000 NGC schools across Kerala for state level competition.
