The school also hosted an awareness programme conducted by the Road Safety Authority, Kerala and the Irinjalakuda police. It was an innovative and engaging venture by ventriloquist Mr Vinod Naranatt and his puppet Kitty the monkey. The puppeteer had the children enthralled. The Irinjalakuda Sub Inspector of Police, Mr. Subeesh, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidya Mandir Kendra secretary Mr. AS Madhava Menon, Vice Principal Mrs. P. Prasanna Kumari and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidya Mandir PRO Mr. Saju A D were present at the show.
