Inspired by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's President, Shri Surendralal G. Mehta's suggestion regarding writing the history of Bhavan, Shri K. S. Unni, Patron-in-Chief, Thrissur Kendra has written a book titled 'Four Decades of Bhavan in Thrissur. It depicts the history of Bhavan's Thrissur Kendra during the past four decades.
The book was released on May 26th, 2019 at Bhavan's Sarva Dharma Maitri Pratisthan Complex, Thrissur. Kendra Senior Vice Chairman, Shri P. Chithran Namboodiripad, released the book and presented the first copy to Shri Venugopal C. Govind, Chairman of Bhavan's Kochi Kendra. The author Shri K. S. Unni, Shri T. S. Pattabiraman, Chairman, Thrissur Kendra, Shri K. S. Premachandra Kurup, Chairman Thiruvananthapuram Kendra and others spoke on the occasion.
