"Acharya Devobhava". Bhavan's Guntur has celebrated Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan's Birth Anniversary and observed "Teacher's Day" on 5.9.2019. The Chief Guest of the Day was Dr. Durga Prasad, H.O.D, Botany Department, the Hindu College, Guntur. Dr. Prasad stressed on the role of the teachers in shaping of a student's personality and preparing him for a good citizen for the country. Mr. Majeti Prasad Treasurer who was also present on that day for the event spoke about the role of mother who would be the first teacher for the child. He also said that India is known for producing eminent teachers and also spoke that the role of the Gurukulas which was the order of the Indian society also helped in building up a bond between the students and teacher. Students observed self - Governance. Chief Guest was felicitated by Sree Majeti Prasad, Treasurer, B.V.B, and the Teachers were felicitated by the students. Sree Majeti Prasad, Treasurer.
