As part of the ongoing year-long Golden Jubilee Celebration of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kochi Kendra a dance extravaganza was staged at Sardar Patel Sabha Griha, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, T. D. Road, Kochi, at 5:00 p.m on October 21, 2019 by the versatile dancer, Kalashree Ms Ayswaria Wariar, a danseuse committed to popularising Mohiniyattam.
The screening of Dance film 'Nilima' - 'Beyond the Blue....an Exploration' followed the solo performance. A beautiful blend of poetry, mohiniyattam and cinematography, it is inspired by the poem 'Nilima' by V. Madhavan Nair.
