V. M. Public School was part of a grand Fashion Show of Khadi outfits, the motto of which was 'Khadi for Nation, Khadi for Fashion', in association with Khadi Gram Udhyog, Vadodara. It was held on October 18, 2019, at Pandit Deendayal Auditorium, Vadodara. The school was a partner of the event to promote a socio-cultural aesthetic, to be free from foreign clothes. The ITM Vocational University supported the movement by bringing back the trend of khadi and making it a new move for the next generation. It was a fusion of western and Indian culture intertwining the past, present and future generation.
Twenty students and four pairs of parents participated. The event was honoured by the Chairperson of Khadi Gram Udhyog, Mr. Shilesh Patel, DSP, Vadodara, Mr. Achal Tyagi and Ms. Anar Patel.
