Three teachers from Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh, including Vice Principal Ms. Suparna Bansal, and senior teachers Ms. Anuradha Bhatia and Ms. Sangeeta Kakkar were conferred with the coveted 'Nation Builder Award' for the year 2021 in recognition of their outstanding services to education. The Nation Builder Award is an honour bestowed upon teachers by Rotary India Literacy Mission, to applaud their excellence in the field of education.
The teachers were felicitated by Shri Kamal Sangvi, Director Rotary India Literacy Mission, at a glittering Award Ceremony. Other distinguished dignitaries present on the occasion were Mr. Jaspal Singh Sidhu, President, Chandigarh Rotary Club, Mr. Ajay Madan District Governor RI District and Shri R. K. Saboo, eminent Rotarian and Chairman Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh Kendra.
