A workshop on Front Office Management was organised on October 23, 2021 by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kochi Kendra for all the sister institutions in Kochi. Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya played host to the event.
The resource person Dr. Maaney Paul, a renowned life skill trainer and motivational speaker, addressed the gathering on the basic etiquette of addressing people at the front office, to be a good listener and the need to be committed to work. The intention of the workshop was to create a positive sustainable change in the listeners. The three-hour-long workshop was very informative and refreshing to the staff. The main message of the workshop was "Love your work, then it won't be hard". The meeting ended with a feedback session and a formal thanksgiving.
