The Kerala State Assembly speaker, Shri G. Karthikeyan presented the Abhedakeerthi Puraskaram to Shri A.K.B. Nair, the author of Bhavan's book, Temple Worship on Gurupoornima Day (July 22, 2013) at a function held at Abhedasram, Trivandrum. The award instituted in the memory of Swami Abhedananda Maharaj of Abhedasram, Trivandrum was presented to Shri A.K.B. Nair, the Adhyatmik Acharya, who is also a committee member of Bhavan's Calicut Kendra, for his outstanding work 'Sree Vishnu Sahasranama Lalitha Vyakhyanam'.Swami Sugunananda presided over the function.
