Kanchi Acharya Sri Jayendra Saraswathi at the Thought Enclave

The Bhavan's Chennai Kendra in association with Sathsamhita, an organisation playing an important role enduring that Veda Pathshala takes the rightful place in society, arranged a 'Thought Enclave' on March 2 at Bhavan's TAG Auditorium in Kilpauk. More than 600 people witnessed the talks.
The panelists included Shri Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Chairman, Bhavan's Coimbatore Kendra, Shri S. Gurumurthy, Founder and Trustee of Sathsamhita, Dr. P. Ramanujam, Associate Director of C-DAC; Dr. Tatvamasi Dixit, Managing Director, Ojas Foundation and Shri N. Ravi, Editor-in-chief, The Hindu.
A book on Veda Pathshala Education, 'Timeless Education, Modern Times' was released on the occasion by Harikatha exponent Shri Krishna Premi Maharaj, Former Cheif Election Commissioner, Shri N. Gopalaswami and Shri N. Murali, Director of Shri Krishna Sweets received the first copies. Kanchi Acharya Shri Jayendra Saraswathi spoke about the Mutt's efforts to promote vedas by starting pathshalas across the country. 60 vedic scholars, achievers and teachers were honoured on the occasion.
