An awareness workshop was conducted on "CHILD ABUSE" for the adolescents of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula. The resource person very effectively sensitised the students and brought about awareness on gender respect and child abuse.
The workshop brought to the notice of the students all the effects and risk factors of child abuse. It dealt with 'How to identify child abuse, its types and remedial measures'. School Principal Dr.(Mrs.)Shashi Banerjee thanked the resource person for the valuable session.
