The Regional Science Exhibition 2015 was held at Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara, Cochin on January 29-31.
Dr. K. Poulose Jacob, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Cochin University of Science & Technology and Shri Mahesh D. Dharmadhikari, Joint Secretary & Regional Officer, CBSE, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Region inaugurated the exhibition. Dignitaries present on the occasion were Shri E. Ramankutty, Director, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kochi Kendra, Smt. Meena Viswanathan, Academic consultant & Education Officer, Shikshan Bharati and Ms. Jaya Jacob, Principal, Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara.
26 schools participated in the exhibition. More than 2000 students from 30 schools from different parts of Kochi visited the exhibition.
Dr. T. O. Varghese, Head of Centre for Bio-Polymer Science & Technology gave away the prizes.
